Do Hell And Satan Really Exist?

Do Hell And Satan Really Exist?

Before we start this article, I wanted to quote a spiritualist who I consider to be highly knowledgable, trustworthy, and enlightened. Her name is Erin Pavlina. This was her response when asked about Hell and Satan:

"I’ve never been to Hell, never heard a dead person speak of it, nor have I ever heard a spirit guide discuss it with me. I have also never met or heard of a human being who has died, gone to Hell, and come back to tell the tale."
~Erin Pavlina

Like Erin, I do not believe in the Christian Hell. It makes no sense at all. My understanding is that through Fundamental Christianity, a murderer can repent for his sins on his deathbed and be given a free pass straight to the afterlife called Heaven if they accept Jesus Christ as his their Lord and Saviour.

But, if I choose to live my entire life with compassion, peace, and love in my heart, never intentionally hurting another living soul, and I do not accept Jesus as my saviour, then it’s off to the eternal furnace of blazing fire for me. How is that fair? How is that even believable by anyone?

Okay, maybe back in the days when these scriptures and concepts first appeared, there were enough uneducated and ignorant people wandering about to ingest this formula, but how it still proliferates is beyond my imagination. It's 2015 for God's sake. We know of the roots of Hell, the grave, Tartarus in Greek Mythology, etc.

Truthfully? I have no doubt whatsoever that "Hell" was made up by men who wanted to scare the living daylights out of people, to control them and keep them in spiritual bondage and servitude to the system of powers who are self-appointed earthly representatives of what some would call God.

So using ancient myth, and some ancient writings, and passion plays, they concocted the stories, put it in a book, and passed it on from one generation to another, and now some people accept it as factual and true. Read "Dante's Inferno." Read about Zoroastrianism. Study Greek Myth and Egyptian Mysticism.

If there is a hell, you can be sure that it is a hell you create within your own mind ... a state of being and existence. Many Spirit guides have explained that one of the reasons people resist crossing over when they’ve died, is because they fear the judgment and damnation of God - and assume - based on their life events, that they are going to Hell. After all, this is what they have been taught their entire life from religions that call themselves purveyors of "Good News" and that have a "loving God who keeps no track of wrongs."

Back to the transition from life to the afterlife ... who would be in a hurry to cross over if they assumed Hell was waiting for them on the other side?

All the murderers, rapists, and child molestors are given a free-pass while the rest of us hard working, loving, and compassionate people who do not accept "Jesus The Christ" as Lord and Saviour are sent straight to the boiler room ... forever and ever and ever. Does this really make sense to you? In this day and age of knowledge, Wisdom, and education ... can you honestly still believe this?

So then ... do the bad guys get punished somehow?  Sure they do. They punish themselves with guilt and shame when they get to the other side and go through their life review. We are here in Earth School to learn. When this incarnation ends in dust, our consciousness and energy bodies will face our life review.

We are not punished FOR our sin (ignorant thinking and actions) but we are punished BY our sin (missing the mark of Truth). You want to talk about Hell? Sit with Hitler, Stalin, Gehrig, and all the other hu-monsters in history during their life review as they realize that they have to come back and fix it ... and make amends in another incarnation for the acts they committed during their time on Earth. Perhaps even be the subject /victim of yet another barbaric leader sometime in the future. Talk about personal experience and non-remission of sins? You see we are to negate all of our negative polarity karma, with positive polarity karma. What the Bible would call "good works."

Satan

So now we ask what about this Satan? Does he exist as a being?

Again, I turn to Erin and her many years of experience working with people not only in this realm, but in the spirit realm:

"I have never met Satan, my Spirit Guides don’t talk to me about Satan, and I don’t personally know anyone who has ever encountered Satan. I know there are lower vibrational beings out there who might be trying to harm us and who will take advantage of our fear, shame, guilt, anger, and pride. They are to be avoided, which is why raising your vibration and your level of consciousness is so important."
~Erin Pavlina

These negative polarity people and spirits are all around us every day. They do not match our vibes (vibrational energy) and are operating purely out of ego and fear, ignorant to the spark of right-knowing Divine guidance hidden with each of us.

For those who believe in a higher power, and those who do not, we must come to the conclusion that this Satan (ha-satan/set) is nothing more than the evil caused by our our negative polarity thinking and actions. It is the "opposer" ... the ego part of us that feeds it own desire regardless of the overall effect that it may have on others. It is our lower-self with a lower-case "s" rather that our Higher-Self with an upper case "S." Animal nature, versus Christ nature.

I also know that being afraid or fearing some being we call Satan, or a host of demons, and/or evil men ... benefits us in no way. The more we can vibrate with love, joy, and peace, the less we encounter anything that we would consider evil or negative. Also, remember the very word "demon" comes from the Greek and simply means "spirit." No evil or "satanic" connotations. Just spirit versus matter (mater/mother).

Hell is not a place, but a state of mind and an expectation. You have the power to avoid Hell at any time you wish ... except under extreme outer circumstances such as war, poverty, and governmental oppression. The choice is yours. Even under extreme circumstances, you retain the power of your own personal perception. Whether you believe in Hell or not, isn’t it logical to act with love, compassion, and peace towards your fellow Man? Then it doesn’t matter whether Hell exists or not. You won’t be going there. Just the same as worrying about a problem. What good is it to worry? If your problem has a solution, why worry? If your problem has NO solution, why worry?

Just a thought ...
