Truth And Consequences

Truth And Consequences

When I was a kid, I use to watch a show on TV called “Truth Or Consequences.” But now, as I have learned - in real life, it truly is Truth OR Consequences. Because illusion and lies bring consequences, and Truth bring forth benefits.

We have all been raised on certain beliefs systems from childhood - consciously and unconsciously. So any new or different information that goes against what we’ve been taught is automatically dealt with by our sub/unconscious mind as a threat to what we already have as familiar data. This is called “Cognitive Dissonance.”

cog·ni·tive dis·so·nance noun: cognitive dissonance 1. the state of having inconsistent thoughts, beliefs, or attitudes, especially as relating to behavioral decisions and attitude change.

When our current belief system is challenged, or presented with something that goes against the current, our protective ego kicks in with pre-recorded data to defend us against what it perceives to be harmful. This is why we have to take conscious control of new information rather than rely on past information alone. What we may have learned may in fact be true, but then again - it might not.

Let me give an example:

A child is raised from infancy by her parents. She loves her parents. Her parents care for her and love her dearly providing all her needs. Holidays, birthdays, vacations, etc. were always amazing and filled with love and happiness. She would take a bullet for either of them if she had to. Then, on her 16th Birthday, they sit her down and tell her something she would have never even thought about in her wildest imagination. They told her that she was adopted.

These people, whom she believed to be her parents, really weren’t - at least not biologically. What she had believed to be true for 16 years, was not true at all. This new information would be devastating to this young lady. First, she would be angry. Then, she would deny it. Then she would question it. And then ultimately, at some time when the time is right, she would accept the Truth of what she hadn’t known. Her emotions would wreak havoc on her. Up and down and all around the emotional roller-coaster would go. No matter what though - the Truth, is the Truth. Whether one chooses to believe it or not.

Now we go to back to where this article started. That we all must face Truth and Lies. That which is real, and that which is illusion. That which is beneficial and that which is consequential are opposing polarities and are necessary in order to discern the principle contained in the duality of Truth and Lies. If you were to draw a line, and put Truth on one end, and Lies on the other - there is nowhere along the line where one switches from the other. The same with other dualities of polarity. Hot and Cold, Smooth and Rough, Day and Night, etc. They both must exist so as to find the Truth as to what the principle is. Once we discover the Truth, the illusion dissipates and becomes no longer necessary.

So, you’re possibly confused. Let’s look at it this way. You look into a pool of water and see your image - your identical reflection - staring back at you. The reflection helps you to determine what your appearance looks like since we can never really see ourselves entirely without a reflective image. Then you poke your finger into the reflection, see the ripples, discern that it isn’t you nor is it real - and then the image/reflection is no longer needed. You have used the duality to find the real you. You needed both, but then the two became as one once you learned the principle.

In the same way, male and female come together and bring forth an offspring. A single combination of the two. This is the ancient principle of creation. Masculine and Feminine join as ONE. For example, God/Source is both Masculine and Feminine. Father God, Mother God. The begotten child - is not only humanity, but the entire universe. All has come from one source, and that source must contain masculine and feminine traits in order to create. In fact, we ALL are masculine AND feminine because we are ALL Creators. We create the world we live in by our thoughts. Our thoughts become form when they manifest. And they must manifest. This is Universal Law. This is LOGOS - The Word. This is the Divine Wisdom manifest in Creation through reason, thought, and speech.

John 1 (New Testament Bible) Original Wording “In the beginning was the LOGOS(Word), and the LOGOS (Word) was with THEOS (God), and the LOGOS (Word) was THEOS (God).”

More on the LOGOS before we move forward to the conclusion:

The Logos, (Greek for word, reason, or plan) plural logoi, in Greek philosophy and theology, the Divine reason implicit throughout the cosmos, ordering it and giving it form and meaning. Though the concept defined by the term LOGOS is found in Greek, Indian, Egyptian, and Persian philosophical and theological systems, it became particularly significant as the principle of God/Source active in the creation and the continuous structuring of the cosmos - visible in all things and as all things.

Modern Christianity would have you to believe this “Word/Logos” is “Jesus The Nazarene,” but this is not what scripture has written nor defined in the NT Book of John opening statement. The Bible NT was originally written in Greek and it is to the Greek we must go. At the time the ancient Greeks et al defined what the Logos was, there were no signs or expectations of the man who would wander the hills of Galilee spoken of thousands of years later.

Remember, what we have today as an English Bible, in 50 or more versions, was originally Hebrew (OT) / Greek (OT & NT Septuagint), translated down into Latin by Jerome in the 1400’s, then down into English again multiple times and of course, dominated by The Authorized King James Bible in 1611. The rest is history. Revised, rewritten, reedited, and retranslated many times since then - by the organized church authorities and converted from allegorical, metaphorical, and mythological spiritual Truths, into literal and historical fabricated events, people, and locations. But I digress.

Back to discovering Truth and Cognitive Dissonance. What I present from my research is alternative history, ancient Wisdom, and original teachings of ancient world religions, their founders, sages, avatars, philosophers, physics, science, etc. and I leave it up to you as to what feels right and true within your Spirit and you Divine Higher-Self.

You should keep an open mind to new information and knowledge. Use your Spirit within to help you discern what may or may not be Truth. Don’t ask yourself DID it happen - but instead ask yourself DOES it happen. Do the ancient teachings apply to your life right here and right now. If they do, then you have discerned the pearl of great price - the Truth within the fable. You must experience what it is to uncover, unveil, and reveal the true spiritual teachings that lie buried in the myths. This is why Jesus is said to have spoken in parables to the general public, and the deeper inner Truths to his Apostles in private. Not all would understand - and would take the sacred teachings of thousands of years and use them for the wrong reasons.

The Truth of it all is that you, me, them - we are ALL Divine. We are all the begotten of God/Source. And we are ONE with the universe. This spiritual Wisdom has been taught for thousands of years and now Quantum Physics and Science are proving it as Truth. As the fish is one with the water, so we are ONE with the universe, and collectively, the essence of God/Source from where we originated.

Just a thought …
